Who says Provincetown is quiet in the off-season?
Holly Folly, the town’s annual LGBTQ+ holiday festival, began in 1997 to support local businesses. Taking place during the first weekend in December, Holly Folly includes a holiday market, dance parties, sing alongs, drag bingo, and, of course, the Jingle Bell Run.
During this event, scantily clad Santas scurry down Commercial Street, followed by a champagne brunch.
This year – from December 2 through 4 – Holly Folly celebrated its 25th anniversary. Have a look at some of the revelry from that weekend.
And it’s never too early to start planning for next year’s Holly Folly, which takes place December 1 through 3, 2023. More information at ptown.org.
