Iconic Ace Hotel teamed up with sportswear brand Hiro Clark for these comfy T-shirts and sweats.
Iconic and queer-inclusive Ace Hotel has teamed up with L.A. sportswear brand Hiro Clark, on a limited edition capsule collection of Ace Hotel branded, menswear made to wear when and where ever.
“This year has been all about getting cozy somewhere comfortable, and Ace Hotel is exactly that,” Andy Salzer, founder of Hiro Clark says in a written statement. “It’s the perfect place to post up, tune out, and do whatever feels right. And always in sweats, of course.”
The custom collab is being launched at Ace properties in Downtown Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Chicago, and Kyoto, Japan. But we’ve got a sneak peak (shot at the LA Ace) to share below.
The Ace Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles (below) has hosted queer programming since the hotel’s opening, including a 2019 exhibition of experimental video, sounds, and performance centering the expansiveness of Black art, curated by Adee Roberson; and “QUEER Biennial II, Yooth: Loss and Found,” which examined at how the AIDS epidemic influenced artists that came of age during the 1980-90s.
The hotel has also hosted Pride events every year since 2014, partnering with folks like Lez Croix and JD Samson in the past.
