"We're doing it with a full orchestra. This is the first time we've ever performed with brass, strings, and we're going to do all the songs at the gala. Every year we raise tens of millions of dollars for pediatric cancer. We've done a lot of great work and there's so many great people that make that happen and it's my favorite day of the year," Reynolds says.
This year, the exclusive acoustic performance will be also be streamed starting at 9:45 p.m. PT for people to watch at home. Supporters can tune in on the Amazon Music channel on Twitch.
Following the highly successful 2022 event, which raised a record-breaking $3.5 million, the Rise Up Gala promises to be an extraordinary evening of inspiration and hope.
