This is what we love to see.

Keep Memory Alive's 27th annual Power of Love gala brought together Hollywood's biggest names in an effort to raise money for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.

The established center has a passionate mission to find, fund, and facilitate the most innovative research, treatment, and support for patients and their families affected by brain disorders.

This year's special event honored Blake Shelton and an iconic group of entertainers celebrated the country music legend including Shelton's wife Gwen Stefani, along with singers Colbie Caillat, Kristin Chenoweth, Andy Grammer, Cassadee Pope, and Mickey Guyton.

Guyton has personally been affected by brain disease in her own family, which prompted her to join the impressive lineup and sing "God’s Country" during the special night.

"My grandmother had Dementia before she passed away. This event is really dear to my heart. I know what it's like to watch a family member losing their memory, so it's important for me to be here," Guyton tells Out Traveler.

Aside from notable performers, other VIP guests who attended included Real Housewives stars Lisa Vanderpump, Crystal Minkoff, and Meredith Marks.

Marks became emotional as she spoke about the loss of her father during the ceremony and opened up on the importance of finding a cure for brain diseases.

"I lost my father as many of you know. It's a tough journey to get through this whole process and to see someone go through this. It's hard, so I want to show support to other people and places like the Cleveland Clinic. What they're doing is incredible," Marks says.

Minkoff's father passed away to Alzheimer's disease, so her and her husband Rob Minkoff made sure to show their support at the gala.

"Crystal's dad had Alzheimer's and for nine years, we went through the process with him. In his memory, I think it's important for me to be here to support Crystal and this effort," Rob Minkoff says.

"I just want to be here for those that feel lost. I remember when my dad got diagnosed, I just didn't know where to go. The Cleveland Clinic has done so much research. I want to support them because I know that they're going to give those people answers that I didn't have."

Vanderpump also spoke up on the importance of awareness for brain health and why people need to pay attention to the efforts being made by the Cleveland Clinic.

"The Ruvo's do such an incredible job. They really are very proactive in everything they do. This is a disease that affects so many and it's going to be amazing to see Kristin Chenoweth again. She sang at my gala and she's absolutely everything to me."
