Temptation: Israel on the International Circuit

Despite occasional flare-ups from conservatives, Israel has emerged as a pretty gay-friendly place in the last decade: same-sex marriages performed abroad are recognized by the state; Tel Aviv in particular has a thriving queer culture; and the LGBT cinema like Bubble and Yossi and Jagger just keeps coming!

So what better way to follow your nation's 60th anniversary than by splashing into the international gay circuit party scene? It's like joining a kind of gay UN.

Tempation's organizers expect over 5000 bodies to pack half a dozen events from March 19th-23rd at the southern resort city of Eliat. Party in the desert under the Eliat Mountains (come back by day and by camel), party on the beach (just off a rich coral reef), pool-party, or go traditional with a party at the club.

To build the buzz and bring a little Temptation to a circuit city near you, the party's roster of promoters and DJs are throwing pre-parties this winter in New York, Madrid, London, Rome, Amsterdam, and Paris.
