2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka
4 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice | 120ml Fresh Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup
Muddled Raspberries
½ oz. Cointreau | 15ml Cointreau
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
Method: Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, shake and double strain into a chilled martini glass with pink sugar rim.
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
¼ oz. Campari | 10ml Campari
¼ oz. St. Germain | 10ml St. Germain
½ oz. Tart Cranberry Juice | 15ml Tart Cranberry Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup
Top with Soda
Method: Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a highball with ice. Top with soda.
1 ½ ounces Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
½ ounces Honey Simple Syrup | 15ml Honey Simple Syrup
¼ ounces Fresh Lemon Juice | 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice
¼ ounces Cointreau |10ml Cointreau
Top with Black Tea
Method: Build ingredients in a Collins glass and stir. Garnish with lemon.

½ oz. Apricot Liqueur | 15ml Apricot Liqueur
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
1 ½ oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice | 45ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
Pinch of Salt
½ oz. Simple Syrup | 15ml Simple Syrup
Morello Cherry
Method: Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into glass with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaf, cherry and pineapple slice.

2 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice | 60ml Fresh Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Falernum Syrup | 15ml Falernum Syrup
¼ oz. Lime Juice | 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
5-6 Mint Leaves, muddled
Method: Add ingredients to cocktail shaker, muddle and shake on ice. Double strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with mint crown and dehydrated pineapple ring. Add a colourful yellow straw.
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
4 oz. Thai Basil Lemonade | 120ml Thai Basil Lemonade
Method: Using a blender, add lemonade and basil and blend 1-2 minutes until liquid. Strain basil from the lemonade and discard. Fill a highball glass with ice and add Crystal Head Vodka and Thai basil lemonade. Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
1 ½ oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 45ml Crystal Head Vodka
¾ oz. St. Germain | 20ml St. Germain
¾ oz. Blue Curacao | 15ml Blue Curacao
½ oz. Lemon Juice | 10ml Lemon Juice
½ oz. Pineapple Juice | 10ml Pineapple Juice
Method: Hard shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka | 60ml Crystal Head Vodka
¾ oz. Blue Curacao | 20ml Blue Curacao
½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice| 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Crème de Briottet | 20ml Crème de Briottet
Method: Build ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with dehydrated lemon or lime.

1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice | 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Lavender Syrup | 20ml Lavender Syrup
Muddled Blueberries
Top with Sparkling Wine
Method: Muddle ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake on ice. Double strain into a wine glass with regular ice. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with blueberry skewer.
