Out — sister publication to Out Traveler — joined with American Express recently for the #ExpressYourselfie campaign, which highlights local LGBT-friendly merchants. The message of shopping small and local was beamed to Provincetown's party people, who showed their own support by snapping "selfies" and affixing them to a giant dress.
