PHOTOS: Southern Decadence Lets it All Hang Out in NOLA

The sun was out at this year's Southern Decadence festival in New Orleans, the biggest gay party in New Orleans and pretty much the entire South, for that matter. The warm weather gave everyone an excuse to wear next to nothing as they paraded down legendary streets like Bourbon and Canal.
