The Drink: Atlantis Resort's Dirty Banana Daiquiri

Earlier this week, Caribbean cocktail connoisseurs celebrated National Daiquiri Day. For anyone who may have missed it, however, the party hasn't passed you by. In fact, we asked our friends at the Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in Nassau, the Bahamas to hook us up with a recipe for one of these tasty tropical treats. 

"The Dirty Banana Daiquiri is an Atlantis cocktail favorite with its enticing rum, which is considered 'the spirit of The Bahamas'," said Ian Reid, Atlantis's Executive Vice President of Resort Operations and Food & Beverage. "The drink makes for the perfect beachside cocktail while sipping it in the beautiful Bahamian sun.”

The Dirty Banana Daiquiri

1 oz. Kahlua
1 ½ oz.  Barcardi Gold Rum 
½ oz. Crème de Banana 
Banana Purèe 

Directions: Blend all of the ingredients with ice and enjoy!
