Kesha announced a summer tour on Instagram yesterday, her first creative endeavor since losing a legal battle against producer Dr. Luke in April.
The tour will be intimate, in smallish venues around the country, and feature the musician going in a "creepier" direction. Locations include Brooklyn, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Los Angeles, among others.

The pop singer has been banned from releasing new music after accusing Dr. Luke of raping her and failing to prove it in court. She's found a loophole by only singing reinventions of her own old songs and music from other artists.
NewNowNext reports that Kesha refuses to make any more music with Dr. Luke, but has written over 30 songs on her own.
Tickets are on sale now on Kesha's website. Watch the singer's only televised performance since losing her legal battle below.
